How to Enable and Use the OneDrive Integrations in RS4

This article explains how to enable and use the OneDrive Integrations in RS4.

Note:

This process is only applicable to Personal OneDrive Intergrations. This process does not apply to Business One Drive Intergrations.

Enable Integrations

There are two OneDrive integrations that can be enabled using these instructions in RS4:

  • OneDrive Sending - Send your OneDrive documents for e-signature from inside RightSignature.
  • OneDrive Archiving - Send a pdf of completed documents to a specific folder in your OneDrive account.

In RS4:

  1. Go to Account > Integrations.
  2. Switch OneDrive (Sending or/both Archiving) to ON in order to enable either or both OneDrive integrations.
  3. Once redirected, enter your OneDrive email address and password. Successful credential authentication will bring you back into RightSignature.
  4. As soon as this is done once you can activate the other integration without entering your credentials again.

Use Integrations

OneDrive Sending

  1. In order to access a document from OneDrive’s Files and pull it into RightSignature use either:
    • Go to Start Document > Send for Signature > Other Sources > OneDrive.
    • Start Document > Create Reusable Template > Choose from Cloud > OneDrive.
  2. Once completed, the document will not be returned to OneDrive.

Note:

A file must have a .pdf extension in order to be listed and used to create a RightSignature document out of.

OneDrive Archiving

  1. Any document completed in your account will be returned to OneDrive > Apps > RightSignature. There is not a way to change the folder completed documents are placed.
  2. Once in OneDrive, the document can be downloaded and printed.
