To prevent users from changing ShareFile for Outlook default account settings:

Go to Settings > Admin Settings > Advanced Preferences > Enable ShareFile Tools.
Under Desktop Apps, go to Outlook Plugin and choose Configure Plug-in.
Admins can configure the default settings of the Plugin for when they log in, and if necessary, they can lock the settings to prevent any adjustments by users.
