ShareFile Mobile View
You can access the ShareFile web application via select mobile browsers.
Looking for an app specific to your device? Search for “ShareFile” in the Apple Store, Windows App Store or Google Play Store.
Using the Mobile Page
When using the mobile page you will be able to view the same folder structure from the ShareFile web application. By tapping on the title of a folder you will be able to view the files inside that folder. You cannot make changes to Folder Access in the mobile viewer. To do so, please sign in to the ShareFile web app on a computer.
Tap a file to download it, or select a file to perform various actions on the file, such as Share, Edit or Delete.
Receiving a Download Link on a Mobile Device
When receiving a download link on your iOS or Android device, tapping the link will open your default web browser to the Download page. When downloading the file, you have the option to use the Open In… menu to copy your file to ShareFile. This option can only be used if you have the ShareFile mobile app installed on your device. You may also open certain file types with an app installed on your device, such as Microsoft Word or an image viewing app.
