Save Table as a template

To save the table information as a template:

  1. In ShareFile, go to Projects.
  2. Select an existing project to open it.
  3. Go to the table tab.
  4. Double-click the tab name to open the available options.
  5. Select Save as template. The ‘Edit and save template’ window displays.
  6. From the ‘Edit and save template’ window:
    1. Name the template
    2. Provide a description for the template (optional)

    NOTE:

    Only the table structure is copied; data within the table is not copied.

  7. Select Edit template. A preview of the table displays.
  8. Edit the template as needed.
  9. Save the template.

You can now use the table template to create new tables.
