Quarantined Files

If/when malicious content is detected, these are added in the Quarantined Files folder.

To access the Quarantined files folder:

  1. Sign in to your ShareFile account.
  2. Navigate to Account Settings.
  3. Select Security > Quarantined files.

You can Restore, Delete or Download these files.
